“I stayed at the Holiday Inn Elk Grove for a seminar week-end. The hotel is located in a small industrial area not far from O'Hare. The hotel itself was very clean with comfy beds and bed linens. I think the biggest plus of this hotel was its front desk employees. They were always smiling, pleasant, and -willing to help with any requests or problems.“
